Return & Refund Policy – Bertillas Creations

At Bertillas Creations, we take great care in crafting and packing every order to ensure it meets our quality standards. As our products are handmade and sold in bulk for grooming businesses, we maintain a strict no return or exchange policy unless there is an error from our end.

Returns/Exchanges will only be accepted in the following cases:

Incorrect items were sent

Products arrived damaged or defective

The order does not match the confirmed purchase

To raise a request, please contact us on WhatsApp at +91 82965 57764 within 48 hours of delivery, using the phone number registered with your order. Kindly include clear photos/videos of the issue for verification.

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund/credit note.

Important Guidelines:

All items must be unused and in original, saleable condition

Products with pet hair, grooming residue, or signs of use will not be accepted

As items are sold in bundles with random color combinations, preferences regarding colors are not eligible for exchange or refund

Size selection is the buyer’s responsibility; sizing issues are not eligible for exchange

Returns without prior approval will not be accepted

Return Process (if approved):

Approved items must be couriered to the address shared at the time of confirmation.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges

A flat shipping fee of ₹300 will be charged to dispatch the replacement order
