Our accessories are intended for supervised use on pets. While we prioritize comfort and safety, customers are responsible for ensuring that the product is suitable for their pet. Bertilla’s Creations is not liable for any injury or damage resulting from misuse.

4. Orders and Payments
All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed. We may offer custom payment methods such as UPI or bank transfer, and customers are required to follow the provided payment instructions.

Orders will only be processed once payment is successfully received.
